Last year the Houston department of public safety released a video to talk to all city employees and other interested office dwellers to give a good basic set of guidelines in the event of an office evil-evil doers arrival. Watch the video, educate yourselves, talk to your kids, know your exits, lawfully carry whenever possible, a victim that fights back isn’t a victim. 5+ minutes for the police to arrive, I know how fast I can reload my weapon systems, do you want your last five minutes spent hiding in fear, wondering how fast he is? or did you take the time to become educated, receive training and have your fighters mindset of  “I WILL NOT go silently”

We work every day to provide for our families, that doesn’t end when your work day  is done and you are back home, stand up! be a warrior for your family’s security in all of your efforts.–j

LEARN SOMETHING, it could never hurt.

Since when did others have the right…

to decide what I should do with my business, my choices, and my opinions?

For me this isn’t about gay marriage this is about individual rights and freedoms.

It is wrong to oppress others because they don’t agree with your point of view, It is wrong to force others to unlawfully bend to YOUR will.

It is right to mind your own damn business and realize the freedoms we enjoy today can be lost completely if we all become apathetic to the fact that an individual’s right to choose, is exactly that, THEIR right, not yours, then the tenants of our constitution, and the bill of rights are lost to bullying, reverse discrimination, profiling, prejudice and the single most prevalent across our great United States, IGNORANCE.

My life, my rules ; your life, your rules. The golden rule is the only rule we should be preaching for others, good luck reader, we need it.

I just can’t seem to find it, I love legend and monkey head, and Bubba, but it just doesn’t seem that I can get it right with all of them, I try to I don’t know how to find it. Legend and I are good, Monkeyhead and I are off. Bubba and I are off, as is most often the case, then everything if off. It is so hard for me to admit defeat in anything, let alone my family, I failed a marriage once a long time ago, and have grown leaps and bounds since, I beat almost all my demons, not by myself, one day I’ll write about pa and how he helped me find the real me, but beat them none the less. I just wish I could have it all together, at one time, and be who I imagine myself to be, not the load, demanding, uncompromising man I was raised to be but the man legend has helped me to learn, the man who has had me read so many books, and change my diet, and care about the final product, Just one day of all of it together, that all I ask for.

An apology letter to Mr. Obama

Love it! life is about realistic vs unrealistic expectations and our ability to cope with changes which, once we accept we are not in control of may actually be for a greater cause than our own selfish needs.

The Matt Walsh Blog

Dear President Obama,

I’m reaching out to you as a friend. I know you must be deeply hurting after what happened at the Missouri State Fair. Sure, you probably try to avoid watching the news while you’re on vacation, but I’m sure the pilot who airlifted your dog to your rental mansion in Martha’s Vineyard probably caught you up to speed (that guy is such a chatterbox). Your jaw must have hit the floor when you heard the news: A rodeo clown in Missouri poked fun at you. Yeah, I know, almost impossible to believe. The gall! The gumption! The racism! Don’t worry, the entire country erupted in outrage, Democrats and Republicans issued statements of condemnation, and now the offending clown has been banned for life from the Missouri State Fair. There will likely be “action taken” against the Missouri Rodeo Clown Association, and I do hope justice is visited…
